Karla A. Williams, MA, ACFRE will discuss Leadership Gifts. The term "Major Gift" has long been used to describe a gift of a certain size. A new term, "Leadership Gift", is more descriptive of our largest donors' motivations than the gift level. Today's significant donors are motivated to give because they respect the organization's leadership and want to be leaders in their own right. This session will explore the complex motivations of today's newest donors, and discuss what causes donor-satisfaction. Discover how each generation & gender require a unique leadership approach.
